Customer Returns

The PCS Leavers Hoodies cannot be returned as they have unique customisation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2012 – Bespoke Items), unless there is a fault with the garment. If so, please contact us using the form below explaining what the fault is and we will provide you with the necessary returns information. It is down to the customer to ensure that have ordered the correctly sized garment. Acceptance of the return of goods is at the company’s discretion, your statutory rights are not affected.
